The Challenge
Every Family Is Having This Conversation
For millions of seniors, everyday tech has become a daily stress test. Managing passwords, dodging scams, or just answering a video call shouldn’t require a computer science degree.
It’s not user error—it’s because Silicon Valley keeps fixing things that aren’t broken. We’re here to translate their jargon into plain, sarcastic English so you can finally use your devices without the headache.
“The phone was ringing in my hand and I still couldn’t answer it!”

The Solution: Tech Help That Doesn’t Talk Down to You.
A library of no-nonsense resources designed to give seniors their digital independence back. No corporate fluff, no confusing jargon—just actual help.

Video Guides: Short, straightforward walkthroughs covering the essentials of phone and PC use, delivered with a healthy dose of reality.

Printable Cheat Sheets: Clear, step-by-step physical guides you can print out and keep on the kitchen counter for quick reference.

We handle the frustration so you can get back to using your devices—not fighting them.

Why Choose us?
The Team Behind the Screen
Paul | The Tech Translator – With a background in media and publishing, Paul knows how to communicate clearly. But his toughest audience has always been his mother. Trying to troubleshoot a frozen video call from overseas taught him that standard tech support is broken. He figured if he could make technology comfortable for his mom, he could do it for anyone.
Pauline | The Real Boss – Pauline is a retired hospital worker who doesn’t have time for digital nonsense. She’s too busy staying in touch with family, organizing her photos, and volunteering in her community. She doesn’t want to become a programmer—she just wants her devices to do what they’re told so she can get back to real life.
