Paul | The Tech Translator – With a background in media and publishing, Paul knows how to communicate clearly. But his toughest audience has always been his mother. Trying to troubleshoot a frozen video call from overseas taught him that standard tech support is broken. He figured if he could make technology comfortable for his mom, he could do it for anyone.
Pauline | The Real Boss – Pauline is a retired hospital worker who doesn’t have time for digital nonsense.
